Đoàn Lân Văn Lang

Lion dance is a form of traditional dance in Vietnamese culture, in which performers mimic a lion's movements in a lion costume. The lion dance is usually performed during the Lunar New Years and other Vietnamese traditional, cultural and religious festivals. It may also be performed at many other important occasions such as business opening events, special celebrations or wedding ceremonies, or may be used to honour special guests by the Vietnamese communities. Đoàn Lân Văn Lang was formed in September 2011 to uphold the culture and spirit of our scout troop. All members of our team consist of all scouts alike -- girls, boys, cubs, and venturers. Since our endowment we've had a myriad of performances, refining our craft. We are avaliable for all types of performances you may need -- weddings, birthdays, parties, openings, you name it!
